A. How to Generate 93 column  Annexure2 from PIMS data using Timus  utility in simple steps

Step 1:  Download and Save  IT - Anticipated Income from Pims using the menu : PIMS >    REPORTS > IT - Anticipated Income anywhere in the computer


Step 2:  Open timus 11 ( ensure to download the latest version from timusnew.blogspot.com)              

Step 3 : click on the button "IT from PIMS : Capture data from PIMS Anticipatory Statement".
                 Then you will get the screen like below.
 

Step 4.  and click on the button  " Import data from PIMS". Then you will be asked to browse the file anticipatory report you saved on the computer.  Select the saved anticipatory report to import the data into Timus 11.


Step 5 :  Then the data from the PIMS  IT Anticipatory report will be imported into Timus.

                The entire records will be imported and will be available for editing. 

                Deductions can be entered here itself .

                

Step 6 : Then Save the data by clicking on the button "Save to Database" and click on Back              Button. You will See the screen as below. 

Step 7 :  Click on the Generate Annexure 2 button.  You will see the criteria option screen as below

Step 8 : Click on OK.. Your Annexure 2 will be generated.



Then you can copy - paste these data into the annexure 2 of RPU.

B. How to retrieve the  Saved Data for further editing.

Step1 :  Click on the button "IT from PIMS : Capture data from PIMS Anticipatory Statement" in the screen as shown in image 1. Then you will get the screen as image 2

Step 2 : Then Select the Criteria for Data retrieval and Click on the button "Retrieve PIMS Data for  editing  as shown in the image2             

Then saved PIMS data will be retrieved for editing as shown below.  You will be able to edit the data, and then save and generate annexure2


C. Retrieve Single record for editing / IT Statement Preparation / Form16B  Preparation

Step1 :  Click on the button "IT from PIMS : Capture data from PIMS Anticipatory Statement" in the screen as shown in image 1. Then you will get the screen as image 2.

Step 2 : Then Select the pen code / Name and  click on the button retrieve for editing button as shown in image2


Then the data will be available for editing  as shown below.


Here you can edit the data  and save  for annexure2 generation. IT statement of individual pensioner can also be generated through this option. The revised data will be included in annexure2
